RETURN POLICY
In the event that you would like to return an item, you have 14 business days once your order has been received to contact us at customersupport@apelash.com. All customers are required to cover the return shipping costs. APE Lash cannot accept the return of used products.
The integrity of our products is important to us. Therefore, all our products go through quality inspection before being approved to ship. In the instance that you have been sent a defective product, please notify APE Lash within 7 business days of receiving your product (customerservice@apelash.com). If the return is approved, we will contact you directly with return instructions. Additionally, APE Lash reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product.
In the event that APE Lash shipped the wrong item, please notify us at customersupport@apelash.com or call us at (909) 303-0945 within 14 calendar days for steps on correcting your order.
DISCLAIMER: IN NO EVENT WILL APE LASH OR ITS EMPLOYEES, LASH ARTISTS, AMBASSADORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTLY SOLD BY APE LASH. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS APE LASH FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, PROVIDED THAT THE APE LASH LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
