Application: The serum can be applied on eyelashes, eyelashes with extensions, and eyebrows! Apply every evening for optimal results.
Directions:
- Apply the serum with one stroke using the brush-applicator on the clean, dry skin of the upper eyelid along the lash line.
- Blot any excess solution beyond the eyelid, and allow to air dry.
- Do not use on the inside of the eye and lower lash line.
